Plain words about what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and your message. We also note which page the request came from. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address it came from.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one reason: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for, replying to your question, or arranging a conversation you asked to have. We do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
Your details are read by the people at Meetings Hub who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track how you move around these pages.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to skylar.cunningham@meetingshub.co, or use the contact form, and tell us what you would like. If you would simply like us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us and we will.
